How to use this service

You can search for schools in your area in a number of ways. If you know the name of the school you can enter it into the 'enter a name' search box, and click on 'find school or LEA' button. 

If you don't have a name to search for, you can simply search within a radius of your postcode, and narrow the search down to type of school, for example, 'secondary', and also by the gender of pupils at that school, for example, 'mixed'.

When you have completed necessary fields the search will return a list of all the relevant schools, the nearest school listed first.
