State Pension forecast e-service

Calculate what your State Pension is likely to be when you reach State Pension age on The Pension Service website.

You can get a State Pension forecast online if you:

  • live in the UK and
  • are more than four months away from State Pension age
  • are not widowed or someone whose civil partner has died

If you are unable to get a State Pension forecast online, you can still get a forecast by completing the application form (BR19) and sending it to the State Pension Forecasting Team if you:

  • live in the UK and
  • are more than thirty days away from State Pension age

How to use this service

To find out how much State Pension you are likely to receive when you reach State Pension age, you can:

  • get an online pension forecast from The Pension Service website
  • print out an application form (BR19), fill it out and post it
  • call the State Pension Forecasting Team on 0845 3000 168 (textphone 0845 3000 169). Lines are open 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays
