State Pension forecast e-service

Calculate what your State Pension is likely to be when you reach State Pension age.

You can get a State Pension forecast online if you:

  • live in the UK
  • are more than four months away from age 60 for women and age 65 for men
  • are not widowed or someone whose civil partner has died

If you are unable to get a State Pension forecast online, you can still get a forecast by completing the application form (BR19) and sending it to the State Pension forecasting team if you:

  • live in the UK
  • are more than 30 days away from State Pension age

How to use this service

To find out how much State Pension you are likely to receive when you reach State Pension age, you can:

  • get an online pension forecast
  • print out an application form (BR19), fill it in and post it
  • call the State Pension forecasting team on 0845 3000 168 (textphone 0845 3000 169) - lines are open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays
