Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office

The Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office is responsible for prosecuting cases investigated by HM Revenue and Customs and the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) in England and Wales. Prosecutions include major drug trafficking, tax fraud cases, evasion of the duty paid on tobacco, alcohol and oils, illegal arms trafficking, money laundering and sanctions violations.
