Prisoners' Families Helpline

The Prisoners' Families Helpline is a free and confidential service which provides information, support and a listening ear for anyone who is affected by the imprisonment of a close family member or friend, including information and guidance about prisons in England and Wales. It can also link callers with services and local support groups in their area. Information sheets covering tagging, sentence calculation, help with travel costs and talking to children about imprisonment are available.
