The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID)

The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) is a charity which works to prevent infant deaths and promote baby health. Services include a helpline for people with concerns about cot death, including bereaved families and professionals. It provides information on infant care, listening support and help with practical matters after the death of a baby. It also funds research into cot death and supports Care of the Next Infant (CONI) which offers a programme of advice, support and practical help for cot death parents with another child.
