Speakability

Speakability (formerly Action for Dysphasic Adults) is a charity which provides advice and support for people with aphasia (people who have lost all or some of their facility for speech/language due to head injury or stroke), their carers and families. Services include a telephone helpline, a network of local support groups and publications. It also campaigns to raise awareness of aphasia and improve services for people with communication impairments.
