Electoral roll

If you're registered to vote, your name will be on the electoral roll. Local councils are responsible for maintaining this. They send a form to all households once a year to ensure that everyone who is entitled to vote is properly registered.

You can check with your local council at any time to see whether you are on the electoral roll.
