Who to contact at The Pension Service - order accessible leaflets
You can get many of the leaflets produced by The Pension Service in accessible formats. They can be ordered by telephone or textphone, along with standard versions of leaflets in English and Welsh. You can also request leaflets in other languages.
Ordering accessible leaflets by telephone or textphone
Leaflets are available in accessible formats, like:
- large print
- Braille
- audio
The Pension Service offers leaflets on many subjects, including the State Pension and Pension Credit. You can order copies of the leaflets by telephone or textphone.
If you order different leaflets, they may not arrive at the same time.
