Apply for a driving licence for a car, moped or motorcycle (form D1)
The form D1 is available for those who want to get a new or updated photocard driving licence for cars, mopeds and motorcycles.
How to use this service
The application form is contained in a 'D1 pack' which you can request by using the link below.
Apply online for your driving licence
You may be able to apply for a new or updated driving licence using the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency’s (DVLA) secure online service.
